Caloni Michelle

How I went from an overwhelmed, overworked, not-sure-where-to-start, not-sure-how-to-make-an-impact entrepreneur to extensively building personal brands for clients who are worth up to $200 million and have been featured in or seen on Forbes, Entrepreneur, Inc., Entrepreneurs On Fire with JLD, Nasdaq, Dr. Phil (Tuesdays with Troy) and many other major publications.
Born and raised in California, I come from humble beginnings in a small town with nothing more than hard work, perseverance and a DREAM. Throughout my teenage years, my motto was: When your desire for change is greater than your desire to stay the same, no one can stop you. (I’ll save telling my full story for another time.)
There are two values gained during this time that shaped me into the woman I am today: an extremely hard work ethic and desire for a different life – two elements of success that can’t be taught.
Fast forward to beginning my entrepreneurial journey in 2010. I tried and quit multiple business ideas. I would get an idea, research the heck out of it and then drop it due to overwhelm and lack of confidence for execution. After all, I never wanted to be an entrepreneur. I always thought I’d spend my life in the corporate world running a Fortune 500 company. Due to the lack of exponential growth (one of my non-negotiables in life) in my corporate position and not being able to see a direct impact on clients, entrepreneurship was inevitable.

Well, my interest and passion always circled back to branding – more specifically, personal branding and building an online presence to impact millions.
Over the last decade, I have been on a quest to sharpen my craft and I’ve spent 1000s of hours researching and all areas of personal branding, social media, digital marketing and business development. #studentforlife
After completing a lifelong goal – a Master’s Degree in Business Administration – in 2014, I immersed myself headfirst into growing my personal brand online to make an impact and change lives. Now, I run a personal branding agency where we work with service-based entrepreneurs (i.e., founders, consultants, speakers, authors, coaches, real estate agents, network marketers, etc.) to build a profitable, online platform through personal brand strategy and development; social media and digital growth; and digital PR. I’m also a national speaker, serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, event host and premiere personal branding mentor who leads branding and marketing seminars, LinkedIn Local events, influencer events and masterminds.
I’ve had the honor of speaking to audiences around the world on how to thrive in today’s modern age of social media and build their personal brands. The methods I’ve developed over the years give entrepreneurs the blueprint to build a thriving, profitable, predictable and scaleable online, global platform around their personality, story, expertise, skills, life experiences, education, insights and passion.
