8 Areas of Operations

AREA 1: OFFER CREATION

This area is all about creating your signature products and/or services. A value ladder is an illustration of lower-value and lower priced products  and/or services to higher priced products and/or services. As the value of your product/service increase, so does the price.The process of offer creation involves creating your list of products and/or services, developing your ascension ladder, developing your signature offer, services and digital products.

AREA 2: LEAD GENERATION

Lead generation is attracting your ideal clients and getting them to ultimately purchase your products and service. It’s all about generating leads. This includes paid ads, content marketing, sales funnels, video trainings and referral programs.

 

AREA 3: LEAD NURTURE

This is all about nurturing your leads to get them to purchase from you. It involves deepening connections and relationships with your ideal clients. Nurturing your leads includes content marketing, email marketing, launching a podcast and creating an online community like a Facebook community.

AREA 4: SALES

Next is making sales! Now that you have your offer created in area 1, you’ve generated leads (in area 2), you’ve nurtured those leads (in area 3), now it’s time to sell. This involves your entire sales process including social media DM scripts, Calendly links, applications/questionnaires, consults/sales calls, ability to sell/close on the call, post consult/sales call emails, etc. 

AREA 5: FULFILLMENT

Now that you’ve sold your offer, service or product to your ideal clients, it’s time to fulfill that sale. Fulfillment is the delivery process of your offer, product or service. This involves onboarding, the actual delivery of the product/service that your client purchase, offboarding, and customer support. 

AREA 6: OPERATIONS

Operations is basically running the back end of the business. It involves all the pieces of systems, processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) involved in efficiently and effectively running the day-to-day activities of your business. 

AREA 7: TEAM MANAGEMENT

This area involves the management of your team as the title says. This area defines the hierarchy of your organization, job descriptions of each team member, the hiring process, onboarding new team members, team communication and project/task management tools used in your organization. This area also involves your team’s growth and training tools.

AREA 8: BRAND MANAGEMENT

Brand management is the area where you make sure that your brand is consistent across all platforms where you are visible such as social media profiles, websites etc. This includes building and updating all of your brand assets including website(s), social media cover images, social media bios, press & media kits and other brand assets.
